MOTIVATION & LIFE COACHING

Motivation is easy to describe but hard to create. Motivational coaching is different than psychotherapy. Instead of working on specific problems or issues, motivational coaching and life coaching is similar to having a personal trainer at the gym. There is a strong coach/client rapport. The goal is to help you improve your life, not change it. Motivation coaching helps you improve the following areas at home, work and life in general:

Dr Diane offers personal, professional face-to-face consultations and counseling at her offices in Boxford or Andover, Massachusetts or by phone, e-mail, online chat or videophone over the Internet.

Sessions typically begin with the coach asking how the client is doing and what issues the client is facing. Based on that response, the session can involve goal setting, role-playing, or in-depth questioning to gain further insight about an issue.
